Healthy Hair Techniques Tips

My girls as well as myself all have long hair. In our house WE all desire to keep are hair healthy and strong. We want it too look nice! So this was a fun thing for me to explore the best ways to take care of our hair.

The way we eat has effect on our hair. Fruits and Vegetables are good for our body but also good for our hair as well. Working health through the inside to the outside.

Stress can play a major factor in our appearance which includes how are healthy our hair is. De-Stressing is important in our forms of whole body health. Physical Exercise, and Leisure Activities and hobbies can aid us in destressing our lives. Sleep is something that is very important to overall health.

Its important not to overly wash hair. Normally its best to wash hair every other day in cold water tempature and at times depending on how our hair looks whether it looks oily or not we will go three days. Its important to allow our hair to have time for the natural moisture in head to take care of our hair.

Before washing your hair you want to brush with a boar bristle brush to detangle your hair and getting all the knots out.

For as long as I can remember I remember always to use your fingers or comb when brushing through wet hair. Its important to comb, finger through from the bottom up to lesson breakage and split ends. If you want to brush your hair boar brushes are gentler on your hair.

So I speak of this boar brush constantly and maybe your wondering what type of brush this is maybe like me at one time didn't know it even know it existed actually didn't even know the name.

The type of brush you use on dry hair plays a factor in your hair health.

The boar bristle brush is a suggested brush for all hair types it aids in using natural moisturizers called sebum to flow through your hair causing to to become sleek and smooth. Sebum generally stays clumped at the roots of your hair and when brushed with a boar brush it loosens it it and draws it through your hair to naturally moisturing your hair. Ballerina's use this type of brush to put there in a sleek bun. I placed a picture of a boar brush in photos.

Its good to keep your hair in braids as it also protects and creates moisture to flow through the hair to creat a shiney and sleek look!

There are many more tips and ideas for healthy hair. Most of the information I learned new and already knew was from this web url link.

Asian Messy Hair Styles Beautify Quckly with her tips!

Homemade Curlers

Do any of you older ladies like me remember when nellie had her wrapped in those curlers. Those curlers work great.. What you want to do is take an old sheet or tshirts and cut about 40 two inches wide by about 6- 8 inches long and roller your hair into as in a spiral method and tie them at the end strip..

Another way of to do home curlers is by using bobby pins. When your hairs is slightly damp you want to then put some gel in your hair. Than you to make or part two inch sections or wider depending on how curly you want your hair to be. Motionally twist that section and then sort of make your hair into how it would be if it had a curler in a circular motion and then bobby pin it to your head. Make them all over your hair and then allow them to dry .. you may be able to actually use a dryer with this being there really is nothing standing in the way of the dryers. For stronger lasting curl you would want it dry naturally. Than un pin the curls and after having let all your hair out comb your fingers through hair to spread on the curls.

Girly Hairsytles..

I found this awesome princess blog on another blog it gives you all kinds of ideas how to style a little girls hair it features braids (many different braids and styles)

it teaches you corn row braids, fish tail braids and I like the one where you lace ribbon through your braid into a head band on top of your head. pretty kool! utube videos included...

lots of tutorials on hairstyles.. and link to utube videos.. of course many different links to places to purchase hair goodies.!

Shabby Hair Styles

Shabby Hair Styles are elegant and soft. They are vintage. Updo hairstyles that have whisps around the back of the neck and around the hairline give a soft look. Long hair with up down hairstyles look good with each side portion twisted back and place in a rosette hair clips or small rosette bobby pins . I love all flowers such as dahlia and peonies. Soft colors such as a light pink or cream or lavender. Lime green browns and ivory look beautiful in the hair around the face.
